Repairs service

 

  • We do not advise or work on non Alen Geere products.
  • We do not modify any older Alen Geere products to current or past specification.
  • All items being returned for any reason must have a RAN "Return Authorisation Number". Required for all repairs!
  • First Step

  • Please fill the RAN (Return Authorization Number) Form before returning anything.
  • This form required for our system and your return instructions.
  • If you do not have a registered Alen Geere product, also a serial number, you can not take a Return Authorization Number.
  • We will request a small payment for return shipping. It costs usually $25-$30. We accept only pay pal for payment.
  • Second Step

  • You will get an e-mail icluding your RAN and return instructions.
  • Please be sure to provide a clear description of the problem in your reply.
  • Generally, all repairs are completed and shipped back within 10 days of being received. There can be delays for special parts or paint. Please try to understand.
  • Alen Geere reserves the right to either repair or replace your pedal with one of equivalent value at our discretion.
