Repairs service
We do not advise or work on non Alen Geere products.
We do not modify any older Alen Geere products to current or past specification.
All items being returned for any reason must have a RAN "Return Authorisation Number". Required for all repairs!
First Step
Please fill the RAN (Return Authorization Number) Form before returning anything.
This form required for our system and your return instructions.
If you do not have a registered Alen Geere product, also a serial number, you can not take a Return Authorization Number.
We will request a small payment for return shipping. It costs usually $25-$30. We accept only pay pal for payment.
Second Step
You will get an e-mail icluding your RAN and return instructions.
Please be sure to provide a clear description of the problem in your reply.
Generally, all repairs are completed and shipped back within 10 days of being received. There can be delays for special parts or paint. Please try to understand.
Alen Geere reserves the right to either repair or replace your pedal with one of equivalent value at our discretion.
